- Provide support and assistance to residents during activities, fostering a positive and enjoyable environment.
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and document observations regarding residents' responses to activities.
- Work closely with the healthcare team to integrate activities into the overall care plan.
- Ensure the safety and supervision of residents during activities, reporting any concerns promptly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in recreational or therapeutic activities, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Understanding of the physical and cognitive limitations of the elderly population.
