• Conducting regular assessments and audits to identify and mitigate infection risks.
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to educate and enforce infection control protocols.
• Analyzing data to identify trends and implementing strategies for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Active Illinois nursing license Registered Nurse RN or Licensed Practical Nurse LPN.
• Certification in Infection Control (CIC) is highly desirable.
• Proven experience in infection prevention within a healthcare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
