What are the responsibilities and job description for the Child Care Provider position at Elevate Child Care Center LLC?
Elevate Child Care Center provides services to children ages 2.5-12. We have positions opening for Full-Time employment.
Applicant must be available Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: designing, preparing, and/or implementing lesson plans for Preschool or PreK classrooms, modeling and teaching appropriate behaviors, general cleaning/tidying, and most importantly, supporting our Elevate families by providing a safe, structured, and loving environment for the children in care.
To be considered for a Group Leader position, applicant must be at least 18 years old and meet one of the following requirements:
- Child Development Associate (CDA)
- Twelve months experience working in a childcare facility licensed for 13 or more children
- 30 credit hours of college work including a course in a child related subject, plus six months of experience.
To be considered for a Head Teacher position, applicant must be at least 21 years old and meet one of the following requirements:
- BA / BS in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field
- BA / BS with 18 credit hours in Early Childhood Education plus three years direct child care experience
- AA / AS in Early Childhood Education or a closely related field plus three years direct child care experience
- Child Development Associate (CDA) plus five years direct childcare experience
- Seven years of experience and 180 hours of training in childcare related topics/subjects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
