Financial Reporting : Prepare and present accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Budgeting and Forecasting : Develop and manage budgets, forecast future financial performance, and analyze variances between actual and budgeted figures.
Internal Controls : Establish and maintain internal controls to ensure the integrity of financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Audit Coordination : Coordinate and manage internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Team Management : Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Compliance : Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and other relevant regulations.
Financial Analysis : Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including cost analysis, profitability analysis, and risk assessment.
