Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, with experience working closely with a CFO and handling monthly closings for a medium-sized Profit & Loss (P&L) statement. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.Key Responsibilities :
- Assist the CFO in financial planning, analysis, and strategy.
- Oversee the monthly closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage the preparation and analysis of the P&L statement.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather financial data and support budgeting processes.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for senior management.
- Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
- Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
