What You'll Do as a Teller
As a Teller, you'll be the first friendly face our members see. Your days will be filled with meaningful interactions as you assist members with their transactions and guide them to financial solutions. Responsibilities include:
- Processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
- Maintaining an accurate and secure cash drawer.
- Providing exceptional service while educating members about our products and services.
- Spotting opportunities to offer helpful financial solutions tailored to members' needs.
Every shift, you'll embody our mission to serve people, not just numbers, while making a tangible impact on their financial success.
What We're Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in math, computer skills (including Microsoft Office), and typing.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, including at least one year of customer service experience.
- Attention to detail, confidentiality, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Spanish fluency is a plus (and comes with additional pay!).

Work Schedule
This full-time Teller position is 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:45 AM and 6:15 PM (and 8:00 AM on select Tuesdays for training). You'll also work rotating Saturdays from 8:45 AM to 1:15 PM.
