We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented OSHA Administrative Assistant to support our team in ensuring compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations. This temporary position will involve obtaining, organizing, and tracking compliance documents, entering data, and compiling reports for OSHA compliance purposes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Location: Colorado along I-25 Corridor (Must be able to commute to practices from Longmont down to Pueblo)
Compensation: $18/hour with travel stipend
Reports to: HR Generalist
Contract Length: 1 Month

Key responsibilities:
- Obtain current compliance documents from Elevate practices through both physical and electronic retrieval methods
- Enter data into ADP Workforce Now, ensuring the accurate entry of expiration dates and uploading relevant documents to employee profiles
- Compile a list of incomplete documents by practice and role for reporting purposes to ensure all required safety documentation is up to date
- Assist with the organization of OSHA compliance records and documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass a background check
- Clean motor vehicle record and reliable transportation
- Ability to drive for up to four hours per day
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar HR software is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
