Responsibilities:
Verify and document patient insurance benefits and breakdowns
Submit and track insurance claims, ensuring timely follow-up
Post insurance payments and reconcile accounts
Calculate and communicate patient estimates accurately
Assist patients with insurance-related questions and concerns
Work closely with the front desk and billing teams to streamline insurance processes
Qualifications:
Previous experience in dental insurance coordination preferred
Strong knowledge of dental insurance plans, claim processes, and EOBs
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in dental software and insurance portals
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
