The Ideal Candidate Has:
- 3 years of experience in dental front desk, treatment plan coordination, or financial coordination
- Deep knowledge of dental insurance claims processing and accounts receivable management
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar preferred)
- A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a true team player attitude
