Warranty Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Warranty Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for addressing homeowner warranty requests, performing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction with their new home. The ideal candidate has experience in home construction, strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for happy customers and delivering high-quality workmanship.

• Collaborate with Warranty Manager to respond to and resolve homeowner warranty requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform repairs and adjustments related to carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and other home systems.
• Conduct inspections and diagnose issues to determine appropriate solutions.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate repairs.
• Ensure all warranty work meets Elevate Design Build’s high standards of quality and craftsmanship.
• Maintain accurate records of completed work, service requests, and homeowner interactions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive homeowner experience.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.

• 3 years of experience in residential construction, home warranty service, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of home building systems, including carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
