Responsibilities
- Lead and manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a smooth workflow in both kitchen and dining areas.
- Supervise staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain high standards of food handling and safety practices in compliance with health regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing costs effectively.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative menu items that align with customer preferences.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales targets and cost control measures.

Experience
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar managerial role within the casual dining or quick service fast food restaurant industry.
