Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our team in a vibrant dining and nightlife environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong understanding of the food and beverage industry. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional experience for our guests by serving high-quality drinks, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
Responsibilities:
- Serve beverages (including beer, wine, and mixed drinks) and food to staff and guests
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for internal events, meetings, and office socials
- Keep bar and service areas clean, organized, and fully stocked
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and light prep work
- Communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and clients
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
What You’ll Bring:
- Previous experience in bartending or restaurant service (1 years preferred)
- TABC Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Great attitude, team spirit, and strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay upbeat in a busy environment
- Comfortable working day shifts with occasional evening events
