Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering and managing data within our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. This role requires strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and other office applications, as well as excellent organizational abilities to maintain efficient workflows.
What You'll Do:
- Input, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections
- Maintain accurate records of valuable company information
- Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
- Communicate with team members to ensure data consistency and accuracy
- Perform general clerical duties as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree is a plus
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or in a similar role
- Strong typing skills and computer proficiency
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
