What You’ll Be Doing as a Host:
- Greet every guest and group with a big smile and warm, welcoming energy
- Guide guests through a smooth, upbeat check-in process
- Share accurate wait times, venue info, and directions with ease
- Escort guests to dining, bar, or game areas and make sure they feel right at home
- Offer a fun, engaging introduction to our space and activities
- Keep the reservation system updated throughout your shift
- Communicate with your teammates to keep everything running smoothly
- Give each guest a personalized thank you and send-off
- Keep the good vibes flowing from start to finish—bring the energy every shift!
