Key Responsibilities
- Data entry
- Phone intake, inbound/ outbound calls
- Message transcriptions
- Assist the clinical team with tasks as assigned
- Collaborate with the Sleep Coordinator to ensure comprehensive care.
- Keep detailed records of patient interactions and progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Performs all other tasks required by the Regional Operations Director.

- Education and Certification:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, health sciences, nursing, or related). Preferred but not required.
- Certification in sleep studies or sleep health (preferred but not required).
- Experience:
- Previous experience in a Sleep Coordinator position or similar role, particularly focusing on sleep improvement (preferred but not required).
- Strong understanding of sleep disorders, sleep hygiene, and general wellness practices.
- Experience in an ENT or sleep disorder clinic is a plus.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with patients.
- Empathy and a passion for helping others improve their health and well-being.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using technology for tracking and reporting patient progress.
- Ability to sit and work at a desk for extended periods.
