The Attractions Attendant will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience. You will be responsible for operating and overseeing various attractions, assisting guests, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Job Description
The Attractions Attendant will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience. You will be responsible for operating and overseeing various attractions, assisting guests, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Provide information about the attractions and assist with any inquiries.
- Operate various attractions, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
- Monitor attractions to ensure guests are following safety rules and guidelines.
- Address any safety concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring proper reporting to management when necessary.
- Handle guest concerns and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain the cleanliness of attraction areas, including sanitizing equipment and ensuring the overall tidiness of the environment.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operation of attractions and overall guest satisfaction.
- Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Skills Abilities included but are not limited to:
- Exhibit hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing, and guest focused.
- Able to take direction and work together as a team.
- Able to work calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Education Experience Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED certificate preferred.
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.
- Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motion.
