Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead a high-volume, multi-faceted entertainment venue. This role requires a hands-on leader who excels at building strong teams, driving performance, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. The General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments, including theaters, bowling, games, F&B, and events. This role also plays a strategic part in growing revenue, improving operations, and maintaining a vibrant, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Train, coach, and develop team members across all departments
Interview, hire, and evaluate staff performance
Prepare operational and administrative reports for senior leadership
Ensure adherence to all cash handling and safety protocols
Maintain facility conditions, including inspections and repairs
Organize and lead team meetings and training
Manage purchasing, inventory, and cost control measures
Oversee risk management and emergency procedures
Ensure high standards of guest service across the venue
Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Perform additional tasks as needed to support operations

Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred
5 years of management experience in a high-volume entertainment, theater, or restaurant setting
3 years of food & beverage management experience including full-service kitchen/bar
Operational excellence and performance management track record
Required certifications (e.g., alcohol service, ServSafe)
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing and walking
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
