Job Description
As a Greeter at Elevate Entertainment Group, you will be the first point of contact for guests, creating a welcoming and positive impression. Your role will involve greeting guests, providing information about our attractions and services, and assisting with any inquiries to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greet all guests warmly upon arrival, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.
- Provide guests with information about the venue’s attractions, events, and services.
- Guide guests to various areas of the venue, including attractions, dining areas, restrooms, and event spaces.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Monitor and manage guest lines, ensuring an orderly and efficient flow.
- Ensure that guests adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
- Assist with the setup and management of special events and promotions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the entrance area and surrounding spaces.
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
Skills Abilities included but are not limited to:
- Hospitality-minded attitude; friendly, outgoing, guest focused
- Able to take direction and work together as a team
- Work calmly and execute job duties effectively under pressure
Education Experience Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED certificate preferred
- Meets Ring Up Program Requirements
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
- Must be at least 18 years of age
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
- Must be able to work in an environment with flashing lights, loud noise and repetitive motion
