Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support our marketing team with various tasks, ensuring smooth execution of marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist with ConnectWise ticket management, social media content posting, content reviews, online reputation management, and other administrative marketing tasks to keep our department running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Support & Coordination
- Monitor and respond to ConnectWise tickets related to marketing requests from practices.
- Assist with project tracking and ensure marketing tasks are completed on time.
- Work with vendors and partners to coordinate marketing materials and campaigns.
- Social Media & Content Management
- Schedule and post content across various social media platforms.
- Review and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
- Assist in creating and updating website content as needed.
- Online Reputation Management
- Monitor and respond to Google, Facebook, and other online reviews to maintain a positive brand presence.
- Escalate negative reviews to the appropriate team members for resolution.
- Track review trends and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction.
- Administrative & Reporting Tasks
- Organize and maintain marketing assets, including logos, templates, and promotional materials.
- Track and report on marketing activities, engagement, and performance metrics.
- Help with email marketing tasks, including list management and campaign coordination.
Qualifications & Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and scheduling tools.
- Experience with ConnectWise or similar ticketing systems is a plus.
- Ability to proofread and edit content with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience managing online reviews and customer interactions.
- Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms, website CMS, or graphic design tools is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
