Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team by providing training, developing strategies for engagement, implementing policies that promote positive experiences for both customers and employees, setting clear goals, and driving business success.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to individual team members and the group as a whole, promoting employee growth and retention.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with at least 5 years in management positions.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
