Customer Service Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to lead our customer service team by providing training, developing strategies for engagement, implementing policies that promote positive experiences for both customers and employees, setting clear goals, and driving business success.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to individual team members and the group as a whole, promoting employee growth and retention.
  • Develop and implement performance goals, procedures, and policies that drive production and output.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular meetings, analysis of customer feedback, and reporting on team growth and development.
  • Implement processes and procedures to ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with at least 5 years in management positions.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, but relevant work experience can be more valuable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
