About the Role:

• Develop and implement effective service delivery strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
• Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes that meet customer needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Service Delivery: Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to customers, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8-10 years of customer service experience, with 5 years in management or leadership roles.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
