Family Medicine Physician Opportunity
We are seeking a permanent Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Creighton, NE.
About the Position
- Type: Permanent

- Hospital: Avera Health (25 bed critical access hospital)

- Current Team:
- 2 MDs
- 3 APPs - 1 dedicated to ED
Duties and Responsibilities
- Mixture of Inpatient / Outpatient care
- Emergency department responsibilities
- 4-4.5 day work week
- Weekend call schedule: 1:7/1:8
- Rare phone calls from APPs when on call
- Average 15 patients per day /-
Compensation Package
- Base salary with retention payment: around $262,500
- Production incentive
- $12,000 moving expenses
- $150,000 sign on bonus/CNL
- $5,000 CME (increases every 5 years - maxes out at $7500)
- Retention payment: 5% of base salary capped out at $15,000
- 6% match, CME, PTO
- Loan repayment through the state
