As a Family Medicine Physician, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and contribute to the growth of our practice.
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a qualified doctor to fill a permanent position with a 4-4.5 day work week. You will work closely with our experienced team of professionals, including two MDs and three APPs, in a 25-bed critical access hospital. Your duties will include a mix of inpatient and outpatient care, with emergency department responsibilities.
**What We Offer:**
A competitive salary package, including a base salary of $262,500 plus production incentives, a retention payment of 5% of your base salary, capped at $15,000, and other attractive benefits such as a 6% match, CME reimbursement, and loan repayment through the state.
