We are seeking a talented Rural Medicine Specialist to join our esteemed practice in northeast Nebraska. As a General Practitioner, you will have the opportunity to provide top-notch care to our patients and contribute to the growth of our practice.
**Job Description:**
This is a permanent position with a 4-4.5 day work week, providing a great balance between personal and professional life. You will work in a 25-bed critical access hospital with a team of experienced professionals, including two MDs and three APPs. The practice offers a mix of inpatient and outpatient care, with emergency department responsibilities.
**Compensation Package:**
We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $262,500 plus production incentives. Additionally, you will receive a retention payment of 5% of your base salary, capped at $15,000. Other benefits include a 6% match, CME reimbursement, and loan repayment through the state.
