- Join 1 Fulltime General Surgeon
- Replacing provider that had been with the hospital for 27 years - Established Patient Panel
- Three new ORs opened in 2020 - World Class
- General Focus - Includes Scopes - No Vascular - No Bariatrics Service
- 1 : 2 Call - Hospital prioritizes work life balance and will help with situational coverage as needed
- Flexible Schedule - Ideally 4-day weeks, but can adjust per provider preference
- For example, rotating 4-day weekends (bi-weekly)
Week A : Clinic M, T, W, TH (cover call M-Sun)
