Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all aspects of residential HVAC installations.
Manage and mentor installation technicians to deliver exceptional results.
Conduct regular team meetings to strategize, address challenges, and uphold safety standards.
Generate reports on installation performance, quality, and efficiency.
Recruit and onboard new installation technicians effectively.
Collaborate with installers on inventory management and vehicle policies.
Manage installation projects within budget constraints.
Oversee work order closure, payment collections, and system updates.
Manage tools, parts, and safety equipment for installation teams.
Assess performance metrics and organize retraining sessions as needed.
Coordinate with support staff for efficient scheduling and install technician optimization.
Qualifications:
Five (5) or more years of experience in residential HVAC installations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Strategic planning and financial management experience.
Familiar with Nextstar and ServiceTitan.
Technical proficiency in installation processes and systems.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities.
Commitment to health and safety practices.
Openness to continuous learning and improvement.
Detail-oriented and looks at the smallest details in everyday tasks.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Eligibility to clear background checks and drug screening tests.
