Are you a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Sales professional with a proven leadership background? We are seeking an experienced HVAC Sales Leader to drive sales growth, mentor a high-performing team, and oversee the entire sales lifecycle—from initial bidding to project execution.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and Oversee Sales Operations – Manage the entire sales process, including bidding, execution, and customer follow-up, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Team Development & Leadership – Train, mentor, and motivate sales professionals to achieve and exceed targets. Foster a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Customer-Centric Sales Approach – Conduct in-home assessments to evaluate HVAC systems based on type, age, and customer preferences, ensuring tailored recommendations.
- Strategic Solution Selling – Collaborate with customers to design projects, identify optimal HVAC solutions, and effectively communicate proposals that align with their needs.
- Sales Presentations & Financing Assistance – Deliver compelling sales presentations and assist customers in exploring financing options to facilitate project approval.
- Process & Documentation Management – Oversee scheduling, change orders, submittals, and close-out documentation to ensure smooth project execution.
- Customer Relationship Management – Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, project details, and sales progress. Act as a liaison to address concerns and foster long-term client satisfaction.
- Market & Product Knowledge – Stay ahead of industry trends, engage in continuous training, and enhance product expertise to drive sales effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one (1) year of residential HVAC sales experience (mandatory) and at least two (2) years of in-home sales experience.
- Proven leadership experience in a sales-driven environment, with the ability to mentor, train, and motivate a team to achieve sales goals.
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and quotas, with a strong ability to drive revenue growth.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
- Strategic and detail-oriented mindset, capable of accurately assessing customer needs and delivering customized HVAC solutions.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceTitan) to track sales performance and manage customer relationships efficiently.
- Strong local reputation and market knowledge of Naples and Bonita Springs service areas, highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to close deals and build long-term client relationships.
