What are the responsibilities and job description for the Authorization Specialist position at Elevate Homescriptions?

Qualifications & Job Expectations:
- HVAC, Or Plumbing, Or Appliance Domain experience Required
· Previous Home Warrany experience a plus
· Previous experience with authorizations within home warranty or insurance industry a plus
· Customer service skills 1 year (preferred)
- Ability to answer calls in a friendly and helpful manner
- Assist contractors
- Sit for long periods of time
- Strong, clear verbal and written skills

Additional information:
- Monday-Friday 9am – 6pm
Paid Training
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
