Job Summary of the Human Resources Recruiter :
The HR recruiter is responsible for facilitating the day-to-day activities and administrative operations of the HR department. The HR Recruiter is responsible for the recruiting and hiring of hourly employees and coordinating temporary (or seasonal) employee needs.
Qualifications of a Human Resources Recruiter :
- Associates Degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and / or experience. Degree not required.
- 1 years of recruiting and / or human resources experience.
- Prior manufacturing recruiting experience is a plus.
- Must have high-speed industry experience.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and problem solve effectively.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word).
- PHR or other relevant certification is preferred.
- Bilingual speaking in Spanish is REQUIRED!
