Position Responsibilities :
- Implementation and ongoing management for all components of the site including daily clinical and administrative operations.
- Human resource management
- Fiscal oversight
- Oversight of utilization review function, quality management to ensure licensure and accreditation.
- Provides clinical and administrative leadership to a multi-disciplinary treatment team, clinical supervision and support to Team Leaders.
- Ensures that documentation compliance requirements are met consistently.
- Provides feedback and recommendations regarding clinical program development.
- Reviews level of care assessments and works collaboratively with assessment coordinators.
- Provides assessment, direct care and treatment of patients as needed.
- Assesses the clinical training needs of the staff.
- This position requires providing service to Adults and Adolescents in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional / developmental age of the individual served.
Must have a license in social work within the state
Masters required
P&L experience preferred
eating disorder clinic
Masters in Social Work
License of social work within their prospective state of work
Experience with P&Ls and Budget
Minimum 1 Year of experience in a management role
Must have the clinical experience - This would involve any patient interaction as a clinical social worker which typically involve multiple things :
Assessing and diagnosing mental health conditions
providing therapy and counseling
developing treatment plans
coordinating with other healthcare professionals
offering crisis intervention services to clients experiencing emotional or behavioral difficulties;
essentially focusing on the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health concerns through therapeutic interventions and case management.
