EHC is currently looking for a Painter/Cleaner for a client in the south Houston, TX area.
Job Summary:
Painting of steel pipe fittings according to proper specifications
Knowledge & Skill Requirements:
- Painting with air guns
- Mixing paint to specifications
Working Conditions:
- Working in a normal manufacturing environment
- Work involves frequent lifting of materials of up to 50 lbs.
- Operate machinery and tools
PPE Required:
- Safety glasses
- Ear protection
- Steel toed boots
- Gloves
- Grinders require face shield or goggles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $17.50 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Painting with air guns: 1 year (Required)
- Mixing paint and epoxy: 1 year (Required)
Language:
- Spanish (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Houston, TX 77051 (Required)
