Elevate Janitorial Solutions is growing, and we’re looking for dedicated, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team!
Position:
✔ We are looking for a cleaning professional to be a floater to cover buildings when staff members are out.
✔ Competitive Pay: Starting pay $19-22 per hour with the potential for raises and bonuses
✔ Flexible Hours: Shifts START between 5:45 and 7:00pm

What You’ll Do:
✔ Perform high-quality cleaning for business in our Highlands Ranch region. There are 5 buildings in this region. Each building takes 2-4 hours to clean depending on the location. Nightly duties include at each building include: trash removal, disinfecting, vacuuming, moping, bathrooms, dusting, etc.
✔Follow company cleaning procedures
✔ Ensure client satisfaction with top-tier service
Compensation:
✔ Floaters start at a higher wage than due to the variability in hours
✔ Floaters that are able to cover all requested shifts, show up on time and complete the job to standard will receive an additional monthly bonus of $50

✔ Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
