What You’ll Do:
- Elevate Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to pinpoint trends and variances, offering insights for improvement. Perform financial modeling to guide decision-making and strategic planning, delivering actionable recommendations that enhance business performance.
- Elevate Vendor Invoicing: Ensure vendor invoices are reviewed, verified, and compliant with contracts and agreements. Address discrepancies quickly while upholding strong vendor relationships.
- Elevate Reporting: Prepare and distribute comprehensive financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual summaries, to management and stakeholders. Develop ad-hoc reports for specific business inquiries, presenting data in a clear and concise format to drive informed decisions.
- Elevate Internal & External Collaboration: Collaborate across departments—accounting, operations, and maintenance—to collect critical financial data. Foster strong relationships with external vendors, ensuring seamless communication around invoicing, payments, and contract terms.

Qualifications:
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with a sharp analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a passion for turning data into actionable solutions. If you're eager to make a meaningful impact on financial operations within a growing company, we expect you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, business, finance, mathematics or another quantitative field is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in economics, business, finance, mathematics or another quantitative field is preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with a solid foundational knowledge of Excel.
- Proven track record of fathering, analyzing and presenting data as well as suggesting new initiatives based on analysis.
- Self-starter who thrives while working on multiple projects at a time, sometimes with ambiguous scopes and deadlines.
- A strong desire to learn and understand the details of Elevate Living’s operations to deliver relevant and actionable analysis.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with both internal and external stakeholders.
