About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Data Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable recommendations and drive data-driven initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and transform large and diverse datasets from various sources (e.g., databases, APIs, web scraping).
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify key trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Develop and implement statistical models and machine learning algorithms to predict future outcomes and forecast trends.
• Create and maintain data visualizations (dashboards, reports) to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to measure the impact of different initiatives.
• Stay abreast of the latest data analysis techniques and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with data mining techniques, statistical modeling, and machine learning algorithms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Bonus Points:

• Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
• Experience with statistical software (e.g., R, SAS).
