A key to that team is the Elevate Experience Specialist (EX specialist). The role of this person is to create an exceptional experience for our patients and potential patients across all touch points, both digital and physical. This person keeps us “show ready” and makes every person feel valued from their very first interaction with Elevate. In order to do this, our core values must be embodied, a masterful knowledge of our services must be present, and an elite ability to interact with patients must be second nature.
- On visit day: The EX specialist is the welcoming face of the company, ready to engage and empathize with each person through assertive friendliness. This person elevates the transition between patients through cleanliness, hospitality, and a seamless payment process.
- Between visit days: The EX specialist helps to create and facilitate exceptional communication with our patients. This will happen through thoughtful follow up and facilitating the scheduling, insurance, and other requests our patients may have.
- Big picture: The EX specialist thinks strategically, using their insight gained from interacting with patients, team members, and strategic partners to help shape all touch points including patient visits, referrals, meetings, marketing, etc.
- Information gathering: The EX specialist ensures accurate and up to date contact and communication information on each strategic partner, patient, and potential patient allowing for a thorough history of our interactions.
You have:
- An associates degree or higher
- A knack for and enjoyment of technology
- A keen eye for grammatical details
- 1 or more years of customer service experience (preferred)
