Responsibilities and Duties:
- Elevate Sales Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven sales strategy that aligns with Elevate Living’s business goals. Set clear sales objectives and guide Regional Sales Managers to achieve revenue growth and expand market presence. Foster a culture of accountability and excellence through regular performance evaluations and goal setting.
- Elevate Team Development: Mentor and empower Regional Sales Managers by providing consistent coaching, training, and professional development opportunities. Lead by example, fostering a collaborative, high-performance team environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous learning.
- Elevate Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement systems for tracking and analyzing sales performance across all regions. Use data insights to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and optimize sales strategies. Provide regular performance reports to the executive team.
- Elevate Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to ensure operational efficiency. Ensure alignment between sales objectives and company-wide initiatives, driving consistent messaging and service delivery across departments.
Who You Are:
- Elevated Leader: With 5-7 years of experience in sales leadership, you have a proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and align sales strategies with business goals. You excel at mentoring and developing sales professionals, fostering a collaborative environment where team members can grow and achieve their full potential. Prior property management or real estate experience is a plus, but your results-driven leadership sets you apart.
- Elevated Strategist: Your data-driven mindset helps you anticipate market trends, analyze competitor activity, and develop innovative sales strategies that give Elevate Living a competitive edge. You leverage key performance metrics to make informed decisions, continuously refining sales approaches to optimize revenue growth and market penetration.
- Elevated Communicator: Your ability to communicate clearly and persuasively helps you inspire your team, collaborate with internal departments, and engage with external stakeholders. You excel at delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and articulating the value of Elevate Living’s services to clients and partners.
- Elevated Performer: You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic vision with hands-on leadership to ensure sales targets and company goals are consistently met. Your proactive approach allows you to identify opportunities, resolve challenges quickly, and maintain a high level of performance across your team.
Qualifications:
- 5-7 years’ experience in a sales-based leadership role.
- Prior experience in property management is a plus.
- Proven ability to critically think and make quick decisions.
- Proven effective and results driven leadership.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with internal and external teams.
- Ability to travel to other regions as necessary.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with all levels of employees and vendors.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products including Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential information.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
