What You’ll Do:
- Elevate Delinquency & Collections: You will manage the resident delinquency and collections process from start to finish. This includes issuing late notices, tracking and following up on outstanding balances, and initiating collections referrals when necessary. Your role will require accurate and thorough recordkeeping of balances, payments, and resident interactions, as well as coordinating with third-party collections agencies and legal partners when escalation is required.
- Elevate Accounts Receivable Support: You will support financial operations by processing and reconciling resident deposits, move-out accounting, and refunds. You will respond to resident billing inquiries in a clear, timely, and professional manner to ensure transparency and maintain strong resident relationships. You will also assist with the preparation and verification of accounts receivable reports during monthly financial closeness.
- Elevate Compliance & Records Management: You will ensure that all accounts receivable processes comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations across our operating regions. You will maintain and track critical documentation to support internal audits, financial reviews, and reporting requirements. Additionally, you will support general administrative needs across departments as assigned, helping to ensure operational continuity and compliance.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a professional environment.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, particularly in the real estate or leasing industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Extremely detail oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Maintain an active driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
