- Integrate tax processes for portfolio companies, ensuring consistency and compliance across all entities.
- Prepare and review tax returns for approximately 50 corporate entities.
- Handle tax reporting at both the fund and portfolio company level.
- Provide strategic tax advice to leadership and collaborate on potential tax-saving opportunities.
- Stay current with tax regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws.
