Position Summary :
Reporting to the CFO, the Vice President of Finance and Strategy will be an integral member of the executive leadership team, tasked with shaping the financial vision of the organization. This role encompasses oversight of all financial functions, including planning, analysis, reporting, and compliance, while identifying growth opportunities, enhancing efficiency, and driving operational excellence. The ideal candidate is a strategic, results-driven leader with extensive financial expertise and a passion for cultivating team success.
Key Responsibilities :
Planning & Analysis : Direct financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to deliver insightful recommendations.
Reporting & Compliance : Ensure financial reporting accuracy and compliance with all applicable standards and regulations.
Financial Strategy : Formulate and execute proactive financial strategies that align with the organization’s objectives.
Risk Management : Create and implement strategies to identify and mitigate financial risks, safeguarding the organization’s assets.
Treasury & Capital Management : Oversee cash flow, investments, and capital allocation to promote sustainable growth and maximize returns.
Process Improvement : Lead continuous enhancements of financial systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Leadership : Build, mentor, and guide a high-performing finance team, nurturing a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. CPA or CFA designation is highly regarded.
A minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including 5 years in a senior role within organizations with $500M in revenue.
Expertise in financial management, including strategic planning, analysis, and compliance.
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, effective at all organizational levels.
