Job Title: Project Manager / Estimator
Location: Battle Creek, MI 49014
Salary: 75k - 100k
Job Requirement
- 5 -7 years' experience is ideal, but company is flexible, would consider someone less than 5 as well
- Would take a recent graduate as long as they have the right attitude/personality with some internship/co-op experience.
- Prefer someone with civil construction exp rather than commercial construction but not opposed to it. Depends on the candidate.
- Software skills: CAD, 3D modeling, some construction engineering related softwares
- Software’s they use (Willing to train)
- B2W software (Estimating and field tracking)
- Vista by view point – Accounting ERP
- TBC – trimble business center (Use it for estimation)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Construction Management: 3 years (Preferred)
- CAD: 3 years (Preferred)
- 3D modeling: 3 years (Preferred)
- TBC – trimble business center: 1 year (Preferred)
