Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, excellent research and writing skills, and proficiency in PAGA, sexual harassment, discrimination based on race, national origin, age, sex, and disability, as well as family/medical leave issues, wage and hour disputes, and severance negotiations.
