Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and research potential clients in the light industrial sector using CRM systems, social media, and industry databases.
- Inside Sales: Conduct outbound calls, emails, and other communications to connect with prospects and introduce Elevate Talent Advisors' staffing solutions.
- Scheduling Client Meetings: Schedule onsite meetings with decision-makers at potential client companies to discuss staffing needs and present tailored solutions.
- Client Relationship Building: Establish trust and credibility with prospective clients by understanding their staffing requirements and challenges.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, workforce demands, and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, inside sales, or a related field, ideally within staffing, recruitment, or a similar industry.
- Knowledge of the light industrial sector is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
