Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of textile manufacturing equipment.
- Maintain regular and predictable attendance (95%) and meet or exceed company quality standards.
- Comply with company processes and procedures and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Stand, walk, lift, bend, stoop, and reach while handling material or products weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work in uncontrolled climate experiencing significant variations.
