About the Role: Elevate Textiles is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Electrician 1st Shift to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our textile manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Electrical experience (minimum 3-5 years commercial/residential) in a fast-paced, team structured manufacturing environment.
- Good verbal & written communication skills to work effectively with colleagues and management.
- Computer Experience and Forklift license, training provided as needed.
- Able to work weekends, holidays, evenings and off shift hours as needed.
- Meet or exceed company quality standards and maintain regular and predictable attendance (95%).
- Comply with company processes and procedures and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Stand, walk, lift, bend, stoop, and reach while handling material or products weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Able to work in uncontrolled climate experiencing significant variations.
- Work cooperatively, courteously, and respectfully with all team members, vendors, and visitors.
