The company is looking for a Product Coordinator to work directly with the Burlington brand in support of its contract fabrics servicing the corporate, hospitality and healthcare markets. The Product Coordinator works directly with the sales, manufacturing and product development groups to maintain accurate product information and work as liaison between the company and customers on any product and quality resolutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate product information; update technical specifications in systems related to yarn and other components
- Maintain master record of product specification sheets
- Release new products to production to include confirming manufacturing routings and required testing, updating systems and launching communications to appropriate teams
- Serve as quality liaison with customer to maintain documentation of quality concerns and coordinate resolution and communications.
Position Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and/or experience related to operations, manufacturing, or quality.
- Knowledge of textile yarns and manufacturing helpful but not required.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, attention to detail and timely documentation
- Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously
- Experience working with ERP systems and data entry
- Proficient in use of MS Office tools, including intermediate Excel
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to facilitate positive communications and strong customer relations in the resolution of quality concerns
