Position : Textile Manufacturing Maintenance Technician
Schedule : 1st Shift (7 : 00 am - 3 : 00 pm)
Starting Pay Rate : $17.50

This position requires the ability to (this is not a complete job description) :
- ability to diagnose and repair mechanical issues / breakdowns with machines and equipment, ensuring quick resolutions to minimize downtime.
- read and understand technical, operating, service, or repair manuals
- work safely in a fast-paced production environment in a team structure
- maintain machine and equipment service records
- perform routine processes to ensure most efficient operation of the machinery and equipment
- meet or exceed company quality standards
- maintain regular and predictable attendance
- comply with company processes and procedures
- follow verbal and written instructions
- stand, walk, lift, bend, stoop, and reach while handling material or products
- work cooperatively, courteously, and respectfully with all team members, vendors, and visitors
- perform job duties in variable temperatures based on weather conditions (including hot weather)
- ensure good housekeeping of all areas on company premises
- successfully complete drug and background screenings
