Patrols weaving machines, inspects woven cloth, repair warp, filling and certain mechanical stops, reports mechanical malfunctions to weave machine technician.
WORKING PROCEDURES: |

01. | Receives assignment layout and instructions for assigned set at beginning of shift. |
02. | Receives information from previous shift weaver related to general condition of set |
03. | Repairs all yarn stops and certain mechanical related stops. |
04. | Records and flags any mechanical malfunction for weaving machines |
05. | Patrols assigned looms inspecting for quality and to locate possible machine malfunctions, perform minor preventative maintenance as necessary to achieve optimum efficiency and quality levels. |
06. | Checks filling changes for correct filling lots and yarn description from label |
07. | Post required information on warp out and smash boards, enter data into watchdog loom monitoring |
08. | Observe all safety precautions in performance of job. |
