Duties
- Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving materials and equipment.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts in completing projects on time.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition by performing routine checks and cleaning.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure personal and team safety on the job site.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
