This role will drive growth by optimizing our digital marketing efforts, reducing customer acquisition cost (CAC), and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS). The ideal candidate is a data-driven leader with deep expertise in performance media buying, audience targeting, conversion optimization, and attribution modeling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a performance marketing strategy across paid search, social, display, and programmatic media.
- Own and optimize budget allocation, maximizing efficiency across channels while improving CAC and LTV.
- Lead media planning, execution, and measurement, ensuring high-impact campaigns that drive scalable growth.
- Oversee A/B testing, landing page optimization, and ad creative performance.
- Build and manage relationships with media vendors, platforms, and technology partners (Google, Meta, DSPs, etc.).
- Implement attribution modeling and multi-touch tracking to measure effectiveness across the marketing funnel.
- Work closely with analytics and marketing operations to ensure data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with product, brand, content, and analytics teams to ensure consistency across all digital channels.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, testing new channels, tools, and automation strategies.
- Manage and mentor a team of performance marketers and media buyers.
Experience and Education
- 8 years of experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, or growth marketing.
- Proven track record of optimizing paid media campaigns to drive customer acquisition.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), programmatic buying, and DSPs.
- Strong knowledge of attribution models, conversion tracking, and data analytics (Google Analytics, Looker, Power BI).
- Hands-on experience with bid strategies, audience segmentation, and automation tools.
- Experience managing $10M annual paid media budgets.
- Leadership experience, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
