Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and self-managed GRC Service Delivery Practice Leder that is excited to work in a fast-paced, high-energy and creative environment.
The GRC Service Delivery Practice Leder role is an integral part to our leadership team. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, love leading teams, serving our clients and have an entrepreneurial spirit and mindset. This special breed of auditor / consultant is client-centric, people-centric, solution-focused, resourceful, adaptable, organized, reliable, authentic, able to work independently and in a team setting; and able to transition seamlessly between trivial day-to-day delivery and more strategic initiatives.
Key Attributes to Be Successful at this Job :
- lead and manage a team of consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- providing exceptional service to our clients (showcasing our value, offering solutions, delivering on commitments, fostering the relationship)
- driving and overseeing the successful execution of projects (on time, quality deliverables, and on / or under budget)
- managing and coaching the various Consultants / Team Members and monitoring weekly, monthly and quarterly utilization rates
- present client service delivery results and recommendations to client management and executive teams – work with team to solve complex problems and quality delivery of services
- reporting to the CEO / COO on key performance indicators and overall state / progress
- identifying upselling service opportunities at existing clients
- managing and reporting on client success metrics (by checking in on clients and asking how the engagement is going, what can we improve, what are we doing right, how can we further serve them?)
- working with the leadership team on strategy, proposals, recruiting / retention and any additional efforts to further develop the practice

This is a remote position that requires minimal travel. May require attendance at firm-wide events (annual / semi-annually) or for specific client meetings (rare).
